Rich started his pest control career in 2003 at Rottler Pest Solutions as a field technician in the St. Louis office. He completed Residential services, Commercial services, Wildlife control, Bed bugs and more. Rich was later promoted to sales in 2007.

In 2013, Rich was promoted once again to Branch Manager in Fenton. In 2014, he transferred to the Wentzville branch before moving into his current role as Wentzville Regional Manager covering three divisions, St. Charles, Lake St. Louis, and Columbia.

Personal Life

Rich is a father of 2, and has been married to his wife, Kacee since 1999. He is a proud grandfather of 3 beautiful grandkids who reside in Memphis, TN. In his free time Rich enjoys traveling, riding his motorcycle, going to NFL football games, and volunteering his time to help serve those less fortunate.

Fun Facts

What did you want to be when you were younger?

Rich wanted to be in the Army. In 1994 he served his country with pride after joining the U.S. Marine Corps.

What is your favorite trip and why?

Rich’s favorite trip was to the Bahamas, where he spent quality time with wife and kids on a private island.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Rich enjoys his free time traveling and visiting with friends and family out of state. Rich also rides over 12,000 miles each year on his Harley Davidson Roadglide Motorcycle.
