Heath has been the Director of Sales at Rottler since 2013. Before this role, Heath started his pest control career at Terminix in 1992 as a fumigator in California and moved to Missouri in 1995, where he continued his career as a pest and termite tech, eventually moving into a sales role in 1997 until leaving the company in 2001.

From 2001-2013, Heath worked in a sales position, and evolved into a branch manager with Schendel Pest Services, and continued as Director of Operations until the company sold in 2012.

Personal Life

Heath has three sons, Brodie, Kole, and Mayson, and a daughter-in-law, Hanna. Heath welcomed his first grandson, Cruz in 2021 and he commented he is the “joy of our families lives.”

Heath’s furry family includes one dog, two cats, and two bearded dragons.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

Pro Surfer or Commercial Fisherman.

What is your favorite trip and why?

Vacation in Hawaii we went with family and family friends. Spent a lot of time in the ocean and surfing.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Watching his kids play sports is Heath’s favorite, but he also enjoys golf and home projects.

What industry publications/info do you read/subscribe to keep you inspired and in the know?

PCT Magazine, The Boardroom buzz pest control podcast, Food Processing Magazine and most any audible book he can listen to. Heath also subscribes to his son’s Vlog- Weak up Wealthy.

What’s a strange fact that most don’t know about you?

I had my first son when I was 17.
